Municipality of Concepción del Bermejo in the Department of Almirante Brown,
Chaco, has a flag which is vertically divided green-white-orange with a device
in the center of the white field.

The device is almost certainly the city council building. A green wreath surrounds it, most likely to signify peace/victory; and is tied together by an orange ribbon.
