The Presidential flag of Angola has a red field in the centre of which is the national emblem flanked on either side by a wreath, all in yellow. The emblem consists of a crossed cogwheel and machete with a five pointed star which is also found on the national flag.
The flag has been use at least since 2012 and was seen at the inauguration
ceremony of the current president after the 2012 elections.

Símbolos Nacionais da República de Angola: Manual de Normas Gráficas
e Protocolares gives a different flag and illustrates it with a darker
shade of red (above, right). The difference is the wreath around the cogwheel and hammer
emblem. Probably this version was used from 2011 (or earlier), but it is
evidently visible on pictures that current president uses the palm-tree wreath
version.
