Club Náutic d'Andorra (CNA, website) was incorporated by Decree 29/A/93, issued on 18 August 1993 by the Government of Andorra.

The burgee of CNA is blue with the club's emblem near the hoist. The emblem is made of a white dolphin surrounded by two concentric white circles, between which the name of the yacht club is written in a circular pattern.
