The seal shows four objects of importance. The first shows a scroll with the year 1692, which is the year Falls Township was established. The second is Williams Penn, the founder of Pennsylvania. The third and fourth are the Burges-Lippincott House and the Pennsbury Manor, both of which are historic homes which are historic residences, with the Pennsbury Manor being the historic residence of William Penn. In the center is a sign with the establishment year. At the bottom of the seal's ring is the motto "First in Bucks County", as Falls Township became the First Township when the county was established.
