Description of the flag

I was sent a photo of the flag by the borough manager.

The flag is a white field with a golden border. On the hoist side of the flag is an eagle flying above a golden banner baring the wording "Soaring to the Future". Under the banner is the establishment year. On the hoist side of the flag is the cyan filled municipal borders with golden outlines. At the bottom of the borough is the Lackawanna River. Inside the municipal borders are six symbols. from the top left are: The Dickson city Police department, Dickson City fire department, Dickson City community ambulance, a cart and hardhat for mining, a family, and a veterans memorial. Underneath the borough is the official name..
