I can confirm that the city of Greenville, Ohio has a flag. Although a description is absent in the code of ordinances, the flag's existence is indicated. The flag was designed in 1970 by Dr. John R. Alley to commemorate the 175th anniversary of the Treaty of Greenville. The flag was adopted in 1979.
