The flag is a horizontal tribar of blue-green-blue. In the center is a seal
like emblem depicting the city and state names at the top, and the incorporation
year at the bottom. In the center is the outline of Clinton County, with a star
depicting the town's location in the county. On either side the flag are golden
stars.
