The flag of the Patriotic Party (photo, photo, photo, photo, photo) shows the party symbol on a red field. The party symbol is a five-pointed star, surrounded by wheat ears, over the party name, all in white, on a red field.

The flag of the Worker's Party is vertical, red with a white star and the party's name beneath (photo, photo). THe flag is sometimes hoisted horizontally (photo; 1 May 2014 demonstration in Munich [Germany])
A true horizontal flag is also in use, where the star is upright and the inscription is readable (photo). There is also a version with a slightly different font (photo).

According to the original party Statutes, "the emblem of the party is a red star that combines all workers of the world and guides the
proletarians. The flag of the party is a yellow star on a red
background."
The official flag of the party has the star pointing upwards.

Variants of the official flag are reported with the star pointing to the hoist instead of upwards, sometimes with the party name written along the fly (also used as a vertical flag, photo).
