The PC (Partidul Conservator = Conservative Party) was originally founded in 1991 as PUR (Partidul Umanist Român = Romanian Humanist Party), but changed its name in 2005. It currently has 19 seats in the 332-seat Chamber of Deputies. The party saw itself as a center-left (social-liberal) party, but has moved to the conservative spectrum now. Although it was at some time member of the Humanist International, as far as I can tell the party has never used the symbolism of the other Humanist Parties, i.e. the Moebius ribbon on orange.
The current symbol and flag is described in
the statute:
"(3) Semnul permanent al Partidul Conservator este o balanta in
echilibru inscrisa in initiala C stilizata si denumirea completa a
Partidului Conservator.
(4) Drapelul Partidului Conservator este bleu/albastru, avand in centru
imprimat semnul partidului."
(my translation: The permanent symbol of the Conservative Party is a
pair of scales in equilibrium surrounded by the stylized initial letter
C, and the full party name "Partidul Conservator".
The flag of the Conservative Party is blue/white, having the party
symbol in its centre.)
Actually, the flag is used in normal-sized horizontal and table desk
variants; it is light blue with a blue square, outlined white, with the
party symbol and party name in white.

The symbol of the original PUR was a balance with the inscription of the
party abbreviation. A presumably older variant of the flag was blue with a white
square and the balance and inscription in blue [http://www.curentul.ro/arhive/2002/fotoarticole/art_26908]. A probably newer version, only known to me as paper flag, was blue
with the colours of the symbol reversed, i.e. a blue square, outlined
white, white balance and white inscription "PUR (social-liberal)" [http://www.replicahd.ro/images/replica156/foto1.jpg].
