The Municipality of Villamena in the Province of Granada, Andalucia, has its own symbols approved on 28.04.2021.
Description: Quarterly. First, Or, three fig leaves, and in base three olive branches, Vert. Second, Argent, three bars Gules. Third, Argent, a tower proper masoned Sable, upon a rock, and in turn upon waves Azure and Argent. Fourth, Azure, an aqueduct Argent, windows Gules. Crest: a closed royal crown.
Meaning: The first and second quarters commemorate Ginés de Teruel, councilman of Lorca and ancestor, through his surname, of the first Count of Villa Amena de Cozbijar, Don Fernando Sánchez de Teruel y Quesada. The third quarter represents the Nasrid watchtower located in Cónchar, one of the two villages of Villamena, and the fourth quarter represents the aqueduct known as the Cijancos aqueduct, located in Cozvíjar, the municipal capital.
Description: Rectangular flag, with proportions 2:3, with the following arrangement: in the upper hoist corner, on a white background, the municipal coat of arms is superimposed. Below and diagonally from the lower hoist corner to the upper fly corner, three red bars, covering the rest of the flag.
