The Gemeinde Inning a. Holz adopted arms on 2nd June 1980, blazon: Per pale Gules, three ram's horns palewise Argent, and Argent, a fir tree issuant Vert, in base a triple mount per pale Argent and Vert. At the same time a flag of green-white was adopted. It is used with the arms.
