About the flag

A horizontal unequal symmetrical triband with approx. specs (3+4+3):15, of dark green, yellow and light blue with lettering "OICH" in white sans-serif bold capitals on the upper stripe and a black emblem on the yellow stripe.

Emblem on the flag

The emblem consists of a bundle of five arrows, fanning and pointing up, on a horizontally placed bow with string downwards, all inside a thin ring.
