They also use simpler version: only red cross with name in canton (HỘI CHỮ THẬP ĐỎ VIỆT NAM).

Red field version

Here is also red flag with logo and inscrition in canton. I think this will be some ceremonial flag.

Text is canton is in two lines. The 1st line looks to me like: VI S_ __HIEP, so I think that is VÌ SỰ NGHIỆP. (Well, if I'm wrong correct me). 2nd line is CHỮ THẬP ĐỎ VIỆT NAM.
