My name is Justin Zeisser, and I am a resident of the City of Middleton, Wisconsin. On June 12, 2026, staff at Middleton City Hall granted me access to the council chambers to photograph and document our official municipal flag. To the best of my knowledge, no prior information or records existed on the city's flag. Using this photo, I commissioned an artist to recreate the design as precisely as possible. I have attached the reference photo and the digital recreation below. I am releasing these images into the public domain (CC0 1.0 Universal) such that they can be freely used by all.

If needed, here is a description of the flag, avoiding making any assumptions on interpretation: "The flag consists of the now-defunct city seal centered on a tan field. The seal has been replaced with the city logo for all official municipal operations; however, no replacement flag has been designed."
