The flag of the City of Alice, Texas, is white with city logo on it. The city logo was created by Rick Lutz sometime in 1975, just before ending his employment with the Alice Echo News Journal. He enjoyed drawing WW II material, he drew tanks, ships, and airplanes. Former employee believes he was from Germany and lived there sometime during the war. Bill McCumber, former Assistant City Manager, had the flag made using the logo design. Information thanks to Rene S. Marshall, City Clerk.
