Here is the story about the former, now obsolete flag. The former flag has a city logo on it in dark red, including slogan "City of Natural Lakes", on a white background. This is an old one from about 15 years ago. The logo hasn't changed, but the color now is green and the city no longer uses the "City of Natural Lakes" as a slogan.
