The flag of the Suffolk County Sheriff's Department, seen in photographs online (www.suffolksheriff.us), features the six-pointed star badge of the department in light blue and white centered on a light blue field. Arched above the badge are the words "Suffolk County" in white Old English-style script outlined in grey; below the badge are the words "Sheriff's Department" in similar lettering.
