Description of the brand: (https://flossmoor.org/405/Village-Logo-and-Identity)

"The Village of Flossmoor adopted a new brand in 2017. It was developed with resident input and symbolizes the heart and soul of our community: a small town steeped in beauty and history and energized by diversity in all its forms. The tree shape — drawn with an unbroken line — reflects Flossmoor's natural and architectural beauty and the strong connections we, as neighbors, feel among ourselves and with the city of Chicago. The line weaves itself into branches and leaves: the parents and children of all descriptions who make this such a vibrant and special place to live. Naturally, the line begins and ends at the root of the tree. No matter where your day or life takes you, it feels good to come back to where you belong. "
