This flag appeared in the city council chamber in October 2014 (https://www.facebook.com/photo/?fbid=571831349588449&set=pb.100064724772112.-2207520000),
and the logo first appears on the town's Facebook page in May 2012 (https://www.facebook.com/photo/?fbid=230307000407554&set=a.229478749219616).
It was probably the official flag for 3.5 years.

The flag consists of a blue field, with the city seal on it, displaying a large building on a map of the state.
Both brown and white versions have been located.
