I was able to locate a photo of the current flag of the City of Avondale.
Based on this photo the flag is blue with
a white logo.

This photo posted by Avondale News of the city's flag from the League of
Arizona Cities and Towns meeting of 2018 shows that the logo is near the bottom
edge. Therefore, I redrew the flag with a larger logo.

The logo dates from 2014, so the flag probably came about that time.
