State flag

The flag, as adopted around 2012 or late 2011, is a green field as a representation of the environment with the state emblem in the center.

The main flag appears to be one where the rhinoceros faces away from the hoist: https://www.facebook.com/OfficeOfTheGovernorMediaUnit/photos.
It appears the governor's main flag since about last year now has the rhinoceros in gray.

Emblem

The emblem is a green outline of a white oval depicting a black rhinoceros in its center. The black rhinoceros used to roam in these areas, but does not exist here anymore.

Variant flags

I saw a flag where the rhino looks at the hoist at https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/4/4a/MORO_ISAAC_%282%29.jpg. Even government documents have it this way: https://www.radiotamazuj.org/en/news/article/kiir-dismisses-central-equatoria-governor-jadallah
I think that this flag should be considered a variant.

Around 2022, a flag used by the governor had the words CENTRAL EQUATORIA STATE curved around the rhinoceros, in a font with parts of letters cut out.
