The Singapore National Olympic Council uses their logo on a white
flag. My source went 404 before I had a chance to send this email and
I am checking their Facebook page to at least cite something. (Source was found as of 9 November 2018, Ed.) As for
the logo itself, it is the shield from their coat of arms surrounded
by the Olympics rings (on top) and the name of the country (on
bottom).

I was able to confirm that there is a support flag for Team Singapore;
it is the logo of the team in white on a red background. The flag can
be seen here
in a potted plant.
