Description of the flag

City of Biysk is an independent city and city district (Gorodskoy Okrug) in Altayskiy Kray. There is no official city flag, but there is a variant of the Russian flag with the city name on it in unofficial use. Also, there is a white flag with city's coat of arms and text "г. БИЙСК" below for unofficial use.
