Shield Or, a threefold bend sinister wavy Azure-Argent-Azure, in dexter chief an eradicated chestnut tree Sable fruited Vert, each fruit with a nut Argent, in sinister base a dolmen Sable. Mural crown with three visible towers(village rank) and white scroll reading in black capitals "UNIÃO DAS FREGUESIAS DE ANTAS E OUROZINHO".

Shield Or, an eradicated chestnut tree Vert with burs Argent between two dolmens Gules garnished Argent. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll reading in black upper case letters "ANTAS - PENEDONO".
Meaning:
The arms are canting, as "antas" means (in this context) "dolmens"; the tree stands for local importance of chestnut growing and also for one particular large tree (castanheiro de Santa Comba).
