Shield Vert with base wavy of Argent and Azure, two beehives Or set in fess, in chief a plate charged with an orbicular cross Gules, issuant from base a bridge Argent masoned Sable with seven archs. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll with inscription in black capitals "UNIÃO DAS FREGUESIAS DE COLMEIAS E MEMÓRIA". The commune has the old symbols of former Colmeias Commune with different scroll and inscription.

Meaning:
The orbicular cross is reminding on the Templars. The beehives (Port.: colmeias) are canting elements.

Meaning:
Within the Portuguese blazon the annulet is called a "memória". The annulet is thus canting.
