Shield Argent, an anvil Sable garnished Or at dexter, a clay pot Sable garnished Or having two bails, in chief a windmill's wheel sable rigged Azure, in base a branch of apple tree Vert with one apple Gules. Mural crown Argent with three (both flags!) visible towers (village rank) and white scroll with inscription in black capitals "MACEIRA - FORNOS DE ALGODRES".
Meaning:
The apple is a canting element.
