Shield Argent base wavy barruly wavy of four Azure and Argent, on fess point a ram head caboshed Sable flanked by four twigs of broom Vert blossomed Or with their stem tips tied Gules, in chief three honeycombs Or. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll with inscription in black upper case serifed letters "CODESSOSO, CURROS E FIÃES DE TÂMEGA".
Meaning:
The broom (Latin: Adenocarpus complicatus) is part of the local flora.

Codessoso, Curros e Fiães do Tâmega is one of the five communes of Boticas Municipality created by a merger during the 2013 changes. It had 257 inhabitants in 2021 and covers 35,17 km².

Shield Argent a raised granary Azure roofed Gules grilled Sable, in orle a garland of broom Vert blossomed proper (Oyellow. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and short white scroll, in Bérnard Guedes style, reading in black upper case serifed letters "CODESSOSO".
Meaning:
The word codessoso can be interpreted to mean "broomful", from "codesso", one of the Portuguese common names for the plant Adenocarpus
complicatus, therefore this coat of arms is partly canting.
