According to [Barraclough and Crampton 1981, the only flag in Lebanon apart from the national flag is the jack.

I went personally to Beirut a few years ago and had a look on Lebanese Navy ships: they fly the normal national flag as ensign and as jack.

Based on [Pedersen 1971, I must agree with Santiago. At least in the
1970s, Lebanon had a separate jack. Pedersen shows it with rounded anchors with smaller points and black lines separating the anchor portions from the national (square) and, of course, the older tree with the brown trunk. But otherwise it is the same as Santiago Dotor reported.

[Pedersen 1971 says about the Lebanese jack, "Introduced before 1954."

According to this
Wikipedia page, there
is a Lebanese Jack, which is the Lebanese tricolor with 2 vertical white bands,
each with a red anchor. It has been used since 1950.
I can’t say whether
this flag exists or doesn’t, but I haven’t seen in it in Lebanon. (Actually, I
haven’t seen too many Lebanese vessels, only boats along the South Lebanese
shores.) This flag is best considered unconfirmed.
