Located in Niigata City Niigata Prefecture and established in 2000.
The embroidered ceremonial flag has dark red background with a gold and white school emblem in gold fringe. The school emblem has a cursive "青" in place of the "大" on the university emblem.
The university flag has white background with a blue university emblem.
The blue color inside the university emblem is shaped like the letter S. Formally, it is the first letter of the university name "Seiryo," and in content, it is the first letter of the school motto, "Sincerity. The outer shape represents two circles perfectly joined, symbolizing the spirit of "harmony" that is both mild and beautiful. As for the colors, the white color represents "purity and innocence," and the navy blue color is associated with the "heart of a deep heart," as in the school's song. The university emblem was designed by the late Masami Ito, a high school art teacher at the time.
