The flag of municipality of Ísafjarðarbær (pop. 3600) is white with coat of arms. The municipality is created in 1996 from Flateyrarhreppur, Ísafjarðarkaupstaður, Mosvallahreppur, Mýrahreppur, Suðureyrarhreppur and Þingeyrarhreppur. Seat of municipality is Ísafjörður.
