A white-field horizontal, rectangular flag of the "Strategic Council on Foreign Relations". At the top is the "Allah" logo that appears on Iran's national flag, below it the Council's name in Farsi, and below that two lines of the Council's full name in English: "Strategic Council on Foreign Relations". It is a think tank and advisory body to the Leader of the Islamic Revolution of Iran. It was established in June 2006 to engage and assume a role in major policymaking, open up new horizons in the era of foreign relations, and develop indicators with the aim of realizing objectives of the "Iran Outlook Plan".
