The municipal emblem was published in the official gazette (Rashumot),
YP 1090, 14 May 1964.

In my visit, I found out that the info was quite correct
besides two things:
- The inscription is above the emblem
- The emblem is in three different shades of green.

Regional Council Zevulun was established in 1950 and govern 13
entietities (Kefar Hasidim A, Kefar Hasidim B, Kefar Bialik,
Yagur, Ramat Yo'hanan, Usha, Kefar HaMaccabi, Sha'ar HaAmaqim,
Nofit, Ibtin, Kha'waled, Kefar HaNoar HaDati (religious education
institute) and Seminar Oranim (Teachers training institute), in
total 5 Kibbutz's, 2 Moshav's, 2 Communities, 2
Bedouin villages and 2 Education institutes with 11,500 inh.
