County Clare is a traditional county in Ireland. Like all Irish counties, County Clare has its own flag, known as county colours, yellow and blue.

Clare County Council

Clare County Council is local government for the County Clare. The flag of the Council changed some time after 2004, along with a change of the coat of arms which is the central device on the flag of county colors.

This flag is of the county council - the elected body responsible for local administration. It is flown at council offices but it does not represent the county and is not used by the general population.
