A quarterly per scandinavian cross red and white flag (i.e. a horizontally white over red flag, with a counterchanged vertical hoist stripe half as wide as the flag.) The inner borders of the top hoist and bottom fly quarters have a wide yellow fimbriation. The inner border of the top fly quarter has a wide pink fimbriation. The inner border of the bottom hoist quarter has a wide green fimbriation.
