Biscarrués is a municipality located in the province of Huesca, Aragon, Spain. It has 188 inhabitants on 3,018 ha.

Description

Municipality of Biscarrués in the Province of Huesca, Aragon, has its own symbols, adopted by the Ayuntamiento - coat of arms on 26.07.1996, and flag on 11.05.2004 - both after authorization by the Government of Aragon.

  • Coat of arms:
    A rectangular shield with a circular base, divided. The first quarter, azure, features a silver vase with five lilies of the same metal and is charged with an eight-pointed star gules. The second quarter, gules, displays a horse's head argent. The shield is surmounted by the closed Royal Crown of Spain.
  • Flag:
    Cloth in proportion 2/3, divided horizontally in half, blue on top and red on the bottom, with a white horse's head, unguarded in its center.
