Alcubierre is a municipality located in the province of Huesca, Aragon, Spain. It has 401 inhabitants on 11,529 ha.

Description

Municipality of Alcubierre in the Province of Huesca, Aragon, has its own symbols. The coat of arms was authorize by Diputacion General de Aragon to be adopt by the Ayuntamiento de Alcubierre on 13.06.1995, and the flag on 19.12.1995.

  • Coat of arms:
    Single quarter of vert, with two 19th century cannons in their natural color, one above the other.
    A border composed of gules and gold (colors of the Aragonese Flag).
    The crest features the closed Royal Crown of the Coat of Arms of Spain.
  • Flag:
    With a 2:3 ratio (one and a half times longer than wide), its configuration is a single color of green with the Alcubierre Coat of Arms in the center of it.
