Presentation of Azlor

Azlor is a municipality located in the province of Huesca, Aragon, Spain. It has 155 inhabitants on 1,589 ha.

Description

Municipality of Azlor in the Province of Huesca, Aragon, has its own symbols. The Government of Aragon authorize the Ayuntamiento de Azlor to adopt a coat of arms and a flag on 19.03.1997.

• Coat of arms:
  A rectangular shield with a circular base. Divided: first, azure, a silver castle with red windows and doors, flanked by two silver pruning shears with gold handles, vertically aligned and facing each other; second, gold with the four red pallets of Aragon. Crested with an open Royal Crown.
• Flag:
  Blue cloth, in a 2/3 proportion, formed by 2 horizontal stripes of the same width, blue the upper one and white the lower one, and 1/3 of the way up the flagpole a vertical stripe, yellow at its ends and red in the center.
