Almunia de San Juan is a municipality located in the province of Huesca, Aragon, Spain. It has 733 inhabitants on 3,566 ha.

Description

Municipality of Almunia de San Juan in the Province of Huesca, Aragon, has its own symbols. The Diputacion General de Aragon authorize the Ayuntamiento de Almunia de San Juan to adopt a flag and a coat of arms on 16.03.1994.

• Coat of arms:
  Quadrilongal with a circular base. On a gold field, three green mounds, each with a green pine tree, the central one being larger, accompanied in the dexter chief canton by the silver cross of Saint John of Jerusalem, edged in gules. The crest is a closed royal crown.
• Flag:
  Yellow, in a 2:3 ratio. In its center will be three green mounds, each with a green pine tree, the central one being larger than the side ones. The base of this design will be half the length of the flag, and its height two-thirds that of the flag. In the upper corner, above the hoist, will be the white Cross of Saint John, bordered in red, and one-third the width of the flag.
