The Flag

The flag of the Rural Parish of Turi in the Canton of Cuenca, is horizontally divided in four stripes of dark blue over yellow over red over green. Three white five-pointed stars are positioned in the blue stripe. Each star has six miniature golden stars within itself. The flag's meaning is unknown, as confirmed by the parochial government.
