The Flag

The flag of the Rural Parish of Tarqui in the Canton of Cuenca, is horizontally divided red over white over green with coat of arms in the middle. In some versions smaller coat of arms is directly put mostly on white field with smaller parts over red and green, in other versions it is superimposed on a white larger oval over larger central part of the flag:
