The Flag

The flag of the Rural Parish of San Joaquin in the Canton of Cuenca, has three horizontal stripes of blue over yellow over green with parish coat of arms on it. The flag on the parish website has additional arched text over its coat of arms reading "SAN JOAQUIN" (colors are pretty washed out). The flag image in Wikimedia Commons doesn't have additional text over the arms, but inside.
