The Flag

From GAD Nulti:

The upper stripe, colored red, signifies: loyalty, sacrifice, and strength of the habitants from colonial advances to the conquest and independence of our nation.
The central stripe, colored white, signifies: union, peace, solidarity, and integrity.
The lower stripe, colored green, signifies: production, the future, and hope.

The flag of the Rural Parish of Nulti has three horizontal stripes of red, white and green.
Valentin Poposki, 12 June 2024

It says at https://patomiller.wordpress.com/2012/01/02/la-parroquia-nulti/ that civil, educational, and ecclesiastical authorities helped design the flag.
