Shield Or an eradicated birch Vert, the trunk charged with an inescutcheon Argent charged with a fess Azure.
Meaning:
The birch (German: Birke, local language: Pirk), is a canting element and had been part of the arms of the Lords of Pirk. They had been vassals of the Landgraves of Leuchtenberg, whose arms are displayed on the inescutcheon. Pirk had been part of their landgraviate since 1349 /1352.
