Shield Azure a bend sinister wavy Argent, above right an apple Or with leaf of the same, beneath left a church Or with its tower at sinister.
Meaning:
After the merger of two municipalities on 1 January 1975, the name of the united municipality had been Brettach-Langenbeutingen until 30 June 1976. The bend wavy is representing the little Brettach river, name giver of the commune. The apple is representing former Brettach municipality, because Brettach apples had been a very famous kind. The church is representing former Langenbeutingen municipality.
