Shield parted per pale; at dexter vair; at sinister parted per pale urdy of Or and Gules.
Meaning:
The imperial Allmannshofen manor hd been a possession of the Imperial Marshals of Pappenheim until the 17th century. The dexter half displays their family arms in counterchanged tinctures. The village of Allmannshofen was acquired in 1688 by the Abbess of the Benedictine Holzen Nunnery, Anna Katharina Hildegard of Haslang and Hohenkammer (1677 - 1721). The sinister half displays her personal arms.

The arms were approved on 14 April 1964 by Minister of Interior of Bayern.
