The logo on this LOB first appeared in late 2011, but the first photo I could
find of the flag is from 2016. Shown are a photo from 2017 (from city's FB page)
and my vector drawing of the flag.

The municipal flag of the City of Cold Lake Alberta (population: 11,991) has
the town logo in the middle of a white background. The logo features four CF 18
jet fighters representing the nearby Canadian Forces Base and Cold Lake Air
Weapons Range. In addition, there are pine trees, representing the forestry
industry. There is also a depiction of a fish rising above the waves of a lake.
Two small oil derricks are illustrated near the motto “Strength in Unity” which
might be a reference to the amalgamation of the three towns of Cold Lake, Medley
and Grande Centre in October 1996 which formed the boundaries of the current
municipality.
