About the Flag
For "Nova Alançia there's little information. There does appear to be a
flag design, as the Portuguese language Wikipedia does show one:
http://pt.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nova_Alian%C3%A7a. And there's some evidence
of existence of a flag, in that Madam Vice Mayor Ana Lúcia Ayruth Lucatto
appears to stand in front of a cloth with similar elements as the
Wikipedia image, but not matching it at
http://www.novaalianca.sp.gov.br/galeria.html.
But beyond "a field
in part white and in part blue, with a cross cotised dexter and infer formed by a red stripes that are
each accompanied on one side by a narrower stripe, and with
charges that can't be identified from the photograph", we can't describe the
flag. Their "Simbolos" page only lists arms.
