Variant flags

This variant lacks the depiction of the native canoe.

Another version of the flag of Malampa Province in Vanuatu can be found at http://bloximages.chicago2.vip.townnews.com/dailypost.vu/content/tncms/assets/v3/editorial/f/d1/fd17dcf2-5212-5da2-8287-c041f029c841/543b185a5efbc.image.jpg. The flag shows three four-pointed stars and a boat. This confirms that variants are in use.
