I found a members list of the Hudson River Ice Boat Club of Poughkeepsie, New York at http://hudsonrivericeyachting.blogspot.com/2014/01/hudson-river-ice-yacht-club-book-1888.html. The list includes depictions of the club signal as well as flags for the commodore and the vice-commodore.

The HRIYC is likely from 1885, according to the HRIY blog spot. Today, the club especially aims to preserve the ice yacht tradition of the Hudson River valley. Ice permitting that includes preserving the ships and sailing them. Whether this has been an ongoing tradition since 1885 or whether the current club is a recreation, I don't know. I did notice that the same signal is in actual use today.

The signal of the HRIYC is a pennant with blue field with on it a two white hoistwise stripes with over them a red flywise stripe. The flag for the commodore has that same pattern, but as a flag. The flag for the vice-commodore is similar but has only one white stripe.

The American Yacht List - Manning, 1896 allows me to add a flag for Acting Commodore: As is quite a common design, it's a simple blue flag.
