The flag is a swallowtail, like the state flag, horizontally banded red with two narrow white stripes, overlain by a light blue triangle extending from the hoist, all in turn overlain by a dark blue map of Ohio, on which are the seal near the hoist, and a white star at the location of the village on the map.
